Ink the Void
a story about creation
Ink the Void follows a young boy who is given a brush and a pail of the ink, then told to fill the empty space. Soon his sloppiness comes after him in a monstrous form that he must find a way to thwart or be overcome by.
In many ways, Ink the Void is a parable about the creative process. What started out as a little Inktober story soon turned into a 66 page limited edition hardcover book. The entire book was hand-lettered and includes a four-page “making of” section in the back.
